• Multiple alerts for items can be set to display in specific functions in a module.Alerts can be disabled or require a user to acknowledge.
• New functions for ‘Mark Items Inactive’ and ‘Delete Inactive Items’ have been added.
• Bills of Materials now have an Active/Inactive Status.
• There is a new Maintenance function: Write Off Residual Cost. It has 3 options Items With No Quantity, Items With Zero Total Quantity, Items with quantity that will write off Residual Costs up to the Last Activity Date.
• A new grid search process is available for most grids.
• Tax Levies fields have been increased from 15 to 30.
• Picking Sequence has been increased from 4 to 16 characters.
• Added a Minimum Qty field in Edit Items for item stocking.
• Overridden 'Allow inventory levels to be below 0?' option by Security Group for Transaction Entry, Import, and Posting.
• New tab in Item Inquiry with Sales and Costs for Inventory integrated with PurchaseOrders, OrderEntry, and SalesCQ.
• Addition of Warn-Retrieve Shipments and Auto-Retrieve Shipments functions to On Start-Up settings.
• Copy Alternate Price List Items has an option to refresh the new Alternate Price List Item description from the Master item.
• The option ‘Exclude Items with historical transactions’ has been added to delete only Items with no history.
• A new Post Automation Command has been added for Shipments, Receipts, Stock Transfers, Adjustments and Assemblies.
• Vendor Name has been added to the Vendor information displayed in Item Inquiry.
• Data Integrity Checking for Item alerts has been improved to detect and remove orphaned item alerts.
