Windows Pro is recommended. No Quality Assurance is performed on Windows Home. Technical Support will not attempt to isolate issues that might surface on Windows Home or networks with Windows Home stations.

Hi Support,

Per your suggestion, I just upgraded to Windows Pro and it's doing the same thing, so that wasn't the cause.

Please advise on how this can be resolved as this is presumably going to cause problems with all new builds of Windows.
