I’m working on an upgrade today and ran into something frustrating and downright bizarre.

When I open AR, it said my Invoices version was incompatible and would not allow me to convert AR.

So I opened Invoices and it would not allow me to open that because AR was not compatible.

So, I had to move Adagio Invoices data to a temporary folder – convert AR – move the Invoices data back and then was able to do the data conversion.

Anybody every run into that before?

Hello Carol,

Yes, I have seen this when there is a large jump from old version numbers.

I usually do the conversion in steps to get around it.
