Hello everyone,

I'm attempting to assist with the upgrade to GL 9.3B/AP 9.3C/BR 9.3etc and we're stalling out on the CR and PDF updates. We've moved all the Adagio install files to this site via Jump Drive, but the part of the install that downloads these components errors out on us. I had thought there was a /noweb switch on the install to download the files locally, but my search of the forums and my previous emails don't have a reference to that.

If we take the CR25 and AdagioV3PDF files via jumpdrive and install these first will that cover off what the installs attempt to download? I'm working with this site remotely and they do have broadband at home which is an hour plus drive so I want to zip up everything that we're going to need for them.

Jesse

Hello Jesse,

Your memory is good! The parameter for: Do not go to web to get latest List of Apps (AdagioAppsVersion.txt, etc.) is:
/NOWEBCHECK

Updating this thread for others so it shows up in a search for Bandwidth:
The appropriate / command on the file is:
/getwebfiles

at the client site, the /nowebcheck should be used.

Thanks to this thread (and to support who posted a bit before me smile ):

Hi Jesse

Rather than use the command parameter, I instead copy the files Setup_ODBCV3DLLs.exe and CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_25.msi from my \Softrak\System\CR_InstallCommon folder to theirs prior to performing the update.

I have had too many instances of a poor internet connection causing issues with these installs, and this way the files are already preloaded.

Steve
