Hi,
We have need to insert a label heading after the Details lines and it looks like there is something in the Order Entry specification editor that will do that.

We want to put a heading in the invoice details that separates the line item details "Detail section" from the Misc Charges section or Comments, or Instructions, for our Link2Systems Ship2Link software installation into Order Entry that works with most shipping solutions. We want the layout to look like below:

Shipping Information:

Shipper: UPS Tracking #: 5654848484 20210312 Weight: 35 LB Pkgs: 2
Shipper: UPS Tracking #: 5645484886 20210312 Weight: 45 LB Pkgs: 2

We want to do the same for our Link2Systems PickItLink installations for writing back the Serial/Lot information that includes the Expiry Dates for the picked items and selected Lots.

Lot Information:

Item: 123448-AB QTY: 120 EA Lot: 8875ST EXP: May 16 2022
Item: 123448-AB QTY: 80 EA Lot: 8835ST EXP: Jun 28 2022
item: 58444-1-98 QTY: 600 CS Lot: 4458GK EXP: Nov 21 2021

In the OE specification designer, there are 2 section types called Label Header Spacer, and Label. There is no documentation or reference to either of these section types in the OE help or user manual.

Does anyone know if these are actual usable section types and if so how to use? Or alternatively know how to put a title heading that would precede the misc charge lines and not repeat for multiple misc line codes, without using PrintBoss?

We are currently writing back this information in Misc, Comment, or Instruction lines at our installed sites but thought it would really dress up the invoice information (when printed from the invoiced sales order), if we could get these titles displayed in the detail lines of the invoices.

Label Header Spacer and Label are used when creating a shipping label specification. I do not believe that you can use these with an Invoice specification.

With a Label specification, the Label section has everything and there is no other section

I've never seen the "Label Header Spacer" before but my guess is it's to help manage the gap between label (when using thermal rolls).

Don't know of any way to include a Title heading as you would like.
