Hello Support,

Well good news bad news. Good news is I could not replicate the above issue in this thread.

In each case logged into Payables first as SYS and then repeated as a non SYS user then branched over to Ledger and did three tests (6 total):
1. With both switches on.
2. Top switch on bottom one off.
3. Bottom switch on top one off.

In each and every case the Print Status changed correctly to "Print" and then post without issue obviously.

The only difference I can see is we did the printing to the AdagioV2PDF in the office in each case whereas on site they are printing to a printer.

Unless it is some sort of security setting but will have to check and get back to you on that.

Just an update.

John is confirming my findings that the issue occurs when both boxes are unchecked, which really shouldn't be allowed in 9.3B.

Sorry for the delay in updating this issue. Ledger 93B (2021.03.31) Service Pack has updates in this area:
If company profile options for Post Invalid Entry to Error Batch and Require Batch Print Before Posting are both disabled, a warning message will appear on sign-on to indicate that this is no longer a supported configuration, and you need to change either option.
