I assume that you get a question when you try to delete it, asking if you want to delete the selected filter.
There is no message after delete.

Make sure that the DIC in PO is clean.
Try it when no one is in PO.

If it still not working I would like to see the data.

We have found that the addition of the Grid Search function in 9.3B has caused the Delete and Apply Style to fail in situations where the grid is sorted by Priority and/or Show All.

Thank you for bring this to our attention, we will be fixing this problem in the next HotFix or Service Pack release for Purchase Orders.
