Client is receiving: Access violation at address 0040C3E0 in module "INVOICES,EXE". Version is 9.3A (190112). At this point the issue only is when running DIC and only in the Invoices module. Any suggestions?
They are up-to-date on the Renewal Plan, so I could update their modules. Would this resolve the issue?

I copied the Invoice data to my system and I receive the same error, even with Version 9.3A (200302). Note that the client performs the DIC very regularly on all modules, and this error only started a few days ago, and only for Invoices. I have uploaded the data for you to check out.

I'd recommend that you pay attention to how far it gets. ie. File integrity or application integrity. Likely, it's the latter. Which batch? If it's a particular batch, try copying the content to a new batch. My guess is that it's something to do bad content within an invoice. Use the Invoices DIC as opposed to DataCare.

It actually stopped right at the start of the routine. It did not even begin the Check. The error kicked in immediately. Looks like something happened to the data, as I was able to repeat the same error on my laptop, and I uploaded the data to Softrak and they reported to me the same result.
Fortunately, the client performs full Adagio backups on a daily basis, so in the end we tested the previous day's data which proved to be clean, and we restored the data from one day ago.
In the end, I do not know what the problem was, or what caused it. I guess that we will just have a look out to see if this happens again (I of course hope not).

Just heard back from the client that the Invoice Company Profile report is now running properly.
(They previewed the report to the screen and sent me a screen-capture. Earlier, the preview was not working.)
