We would like to add a text box to all of our packing slips that thanks our customers but when I add a text box to the very end of our order, the entire message doesn't show and it ends up between item numbers.... pic attached. There must be an easier way.

Rather than adding a text message to every sales order, you can edit the Pick Slip specification layout to add the message to the footer. That way it will print on every Pick Slip in a consistent location and without anyone having to remember to add any lines. The option to edit specifications is on the Maintenance menu in Order Entry.
