Trying to find the field containing active alerts for customers in A/R. I need to export data to excel to create a list. I have not been able to find the correct field in gridview, or a data export in A/R. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to show whether 'Enable Alerts' is selected? If so, the Export field is: Show Alerts?. In GridView, this field in the Customer Master is Alert?.

I am trying to get the actual information in the active alert.

OK, you will need Gridview for this. Try looking in the file for A/R Customer Alerts.

I do not see that in A/R customer master. Which gridview file do i need to be in?

When using GridView, select the table named "A/R Customer Alerts", not the Customer Master. Like your earlier post about alerts in Inventory, they are stored in a separate table of their own.

It doesn't seem to work properly. If an alert has 5 lines, i get the first line 5 times. I don't get all the data. I thought maybe there was another way.
