Hi Vlad,

I'm going through this at a client right now but the site is client/server traditional LAN setup (not RDS).

The workstations affected are both Windows 7 Pro SP1 (while a Windows 10 Pro station continues to work fine) and the users confirm that Windows updates installed closely prior to the issue starting.

I'm wondering if Softrak and/or yourself managed to get any resolution on this issue?

Following the instructions listed earlier, I Uninstalled, Restarted then re-installed as Administrator using AdagioV2PDF.exe from the Softrak\System\AdagioPDF folder. This was done on both PCs, one where UAC was off and on the other UAC was on. All went according to plan and the AdagioV2PDF printer driver is there on both machines.

However, in terms of the original issue, the re-installation only fixed one of the PCs (the one where UAC was on, yes on).

The original issue is that the PDFs were printing to the default printer (instead of creating the file) and the process would hang leaving [End Task] as the only way out. I guess I should post that issue separately.

Hi Pete, to your original issue, make sure you have both versions of the adagioPDF driver installed. In cases where the module was looking for V1 but couldn't find it, we've seen it use the windows default instead.
