Convert Quote to Order - Sales CQ 9.2B (171213)

'Order' is greyed out in 'Edit Quotes' window. What field in setup would activate this item. Also, greyed out if you right-select the quote.

To activate it, select File | Security Group Setup, edit the Group (or create a new one), click on Entry Template, then the Options tab, and tick the "Permit transfer of Quotes" box.

I've had to do this for pretty much every single client I've upgraded. I'm not sure why.

I knew it had to be an option somewhere, but I kept scanning the Company Profile and not deep enough in the security groups. Not a feature we use very much (guess that setting changed in the last upgrade).
