I installed updates for Receivables last week and now ! can't access my Payables. i keep getting a message that Payables is not compatible with the data in Receivables. My payables version is 9.3A, so I think it is the latest version.
I sent email directly to the tech support people and left voice messages with no response.

What version of 9.3A Payables - the most current version is 9.3A (180201). If it is not that version, then install the latest service pack.
