Since the last update, the EFT advices are not being received by the vendors. It appears that the advices were sent (there were no error messages), but they were not actually received by the vendors. Any suggestions?

When they go the Email queue, is the status of the advice that did not get to the vendor marked as "C" (complete)? Or is the status blank?

Okay. That indicates the emails did not complete. Something must have frozen while trying to send. I've seen it happen in my own data a little more lately and I'm using Direct settings. I assume you're using Direct and not MAPI?

The good news is that if they are all in the Email Queue with a blank status, you can just click "Send All" and it will send all the ones that are blank. Or you can highlight each one you want and click Send. Make sure that once it appears done, that they have changed to status of "C" and they should have gone.

To test, you can even edit one of them and add your email address to the "email to" field by using a semi-colon as a separator to see if you receive it.

The emails did not show as "C" after processing?
Did you go to Email>Email Setup and test your settings to see if they even work? What email provider do you use?

It remained blank, and nothing happened. We use shaw. It worked fine until a couple of weeks ago, which was when we did the update. All three of our workstations are doing the same thing.

I understand that it seems to be the upgrade, but can you do the Email Setup test again to make sure? Although I have had some freezing issues in AP 9.3A emailing myself, it does eventually complete.
Beyond that, there are many environment variables that need to be checked which make it too difficult to troubleshoot this through the forum. You should contact your consultant.
