When trying to interact with the orders/invoices grid the cursor always behaves as if you are trying to drag and drop. You can see this by logging into the sample data and selecting any order. The cursor changes to this:

This adds an extra click for every single selection you are trying to make in the grid, because you have to click again to get the cursor back to normal. It's really annoying.

It's not doing that for me. Perhaps check your mouse button settings to see whether it has the left mouse button down. This might be an accessibility setting.

See if clicking on some Forum text starts selecting the text.

I've seen it at every site I've installed it at, and on our RDP server 2016. Could be a windows 10 thing? I don't see it on my win8 pc.

Here are my mouse settings on the RDP server:

And this is what the mouse accessibility options look like:

I have the same issue as well as clients that have complained about it. On my laptop it happens without fail and it doesn't matter what data set I'm in. This only happens in OE 9.3.

Real issue. I have been looking for a cause.

OK - but the Grid is working fine for me on my Windows 10 Lenovo laptop and Windows 7 desktop machines. My desktop has a Logitech mouse and I use a Microsoft mouse on my laptop (both wireless).

Are these all Remote Desktop environments? And I'm checking the main "Enter/Edit Orders" grid.

No, I've seen it on several LAN environments as well.

Thanks David and Vickie for confirming that you are seeing it too.

So now we just have to start eliminating variables to see what's causing this.

I wonder if this has something to do with multi-select being available on the Grid in 9.3A?

I think that's a good bet, hopefully we don't have to throw the baby out with the bathwater on that feature, multi-select is great and widely appreciated.
