Hello, I am seeking assistance for a company having issues with Adagio Ledger. For the most part the program is fantastic, but the issue is that despite being the admin computer there is no "Create" button to make a new client. We've gone through and made sure that it has administrator permissions and the machine does.

Has anyone run across this issue and possibly know a workaround?

In order for the "Create" button to display on the Open Dialog, you must place "/C" on the command line. I'll mention that this change for all 9.3 versions of the software was mentioned in the Release Note, but you probably don't want to hear that!
