I installed the new servicepack and this is the error message that I received:

installation is complete but the install has detected the following files which were renamed because they could not be installed due to Locking or Rights issues

you must not run adagio ledger nor install any other adagio program until this is resolved - data corruption might result

Reboot your system and see whether the files disappear (their pending rename on your local "C:" should be taken care of in the reboot). If the ~.TMP files do not disappear, then re-do the install. Windows considered the files "in use" when the first install was done.

It's always a good idea to reboot your machine before doing an install if you can.

Andrew, that worked. I checked and those files were gone. I also did a data integrity check in ledger and it came back with no errors. Thanks for your help!!
