I'm posting this question for Oma Stewart of BC Door Co. Ltd., as she's having trouble logging in to the forums.

She asks:

Nothing has changed.

Likely one of the ranges is blank for both "from" and "to".

If you can post a picture of the screen prior to clicking on the Print button, we can tell you for sure.

Also, try unchecking the "Remember report settings?" option in the Integration/Reports tab of company profile.

Having a 'blank to blank' range selection is the usual cause of this message, as Steve indicated.

Other reasons you may get the 'nothing to print in this range' message:

  • You are trying to print/fax/email statements for a range of customers of which none allow generating statements by that method.
  • You have selected the 'Customer with Selected Specification' statement option, but none of the customers in the range have this statement spec as a default.
  • You have chosen to select customers by balance and none of the customers in the range have an outstanding balance that fits the selection.
