Hi all,
My client is trying to use Excel Direct in Adagio Invoices and is getting the following:

1st Message – Error Code: 1001 on ToXLTransferCell
2nd Message – Error Code: 1001 on ToXLSetTextProperties

Version 9.2A (161013)
Excel 2016

She can use Excel Direct in Accounts Receivable. Another user is able to use Excel Direct in Invoices.

Thoughts?

Hi Carol,

Those errors generally suggest a problem communicating with Excel. Try closing all Adagio modules and Excel files and try again. If not reboot, since there may be an instance of Excel stuck in the background.
