Softrak:

Since your website was updated last Monday, so far I haven't found very many of my Softrak links working.

Generally, shortcuts saved in your browser of choice will need to be revised by changing the "www." to "portal." although we have been trying to put redirects in place.

If you post a specific link here, we can try and rectify the specific problem.

It's a big site, and this has been a complete restructure. Thanks for your patience.

I'm not talking about links saved in a browser. I clicked on the URL's in this thread.

This link with portal in it :
https://portal.softrak.com/products/OE20171204.pdf

gets you:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at mikew@softrak.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi Howard,

That link looks incorrect, even with portal in it.

When I go to the Client Portal and look for the OE 9.3A release notes, the link is:

https://portal.softrak.com/products/reference/releasenotes/current/OE20171204.pdf

This link appears to be working, and is the same link URL that Andrew posted on this thread on Jan 11, and that links works for me too.
