I'm running in to the same thing because QuickBooks integrates with so many things. I'm wondering if payables and receivables could import PDF

just looking for a way to import invoices from other software

Payables & Receivables can both import invoice batches and automatically attach a PDF of the transaction if you are using DocStore.

But that doesn't solve the problem of knowing which GL account to allocate the revenue or expense to.

Importing transactions in general can be fiddly to get setup correctly. Importing transactions generated/exported by another software solution requires some effort to figure out how to line up the other software's export file with Adagio's import template.

Sorting this out on the forum is not practical. There is a tech tip on the Adagio Customer Portal that you can access that might help you out. Otherwise your Adagio dealer is the best person to assist you.

We agree with many of the posters above.

We make our business as integrations masters and Adagio is one of the easiest solutions to integrate 3rd party solutions with, especially with some of the many available solutions from Link2Systems.
