I need to run a Time and Billing Year end but I can't for the life of me clear the "General Ledger transactions". I do not get the prompt to clear after printing. What am I doing wrong?
I am assuming that the report it is referring to is under "Reports" and is the "Print/Consolidate G/L Transactions" report.

I am choosing "No" to consolidate. According to the manual I should be then asked if I wish to purge the transactions.

What I know about the Time & Billing module, combined with what I know about best practices for brain surgery, would fit onto a matchbook cover, but here goes: If the "Print/Consolidate G/L Transactions": report shows transactions, Retrieve them to the GL and try the year-end again. if it still complains about GL transactions, it's another listing in TBR ... somewhere.

You will only have an option to purge if there are no GL files present.

If an Adagio module detects the presence of Ledger, it does not offer to purge the GL transactions. They must be retrieved into the GL. They can be deleted there.

THAT was the missing piece! Since we run T&B as a stand-alone module I never thought to retrieve into Ledger. That solved the problem. Thanks Andrew!
