Our production environment is RDC only. No map drive(s) exist. No AV running in Adagio dataset directories

Victor was able to reproduce the problem on sample dataset on local workstation adagio install on Windows 7 Pro
version that we have is Sales CQ ver. 9.2A (170221)

Let me chime in on this one, since I watched Victor's problem today. Sorry if I repeat what's above.

On my standalone computer, with the same version of CQ, when I view a prospect and click on the Transactions tab, I can see the open quotes in the top screen, and the bottom (drill-down) screen is empty until I click on a quote. Then it displays the details for that quote.

There are no prospects in the sample data with multiple quotes, but when I add a second quote, the Transactions tab works as expected; it displays the details for whichever quote I click on.

Victor's system produces different results with the sample data. On his computer, even right after launching CQ, when I view the Transactions tab, it immediately displays the details for the first quote in the drill-down screen, without even clicking on it. And then, no matter which other quote I click on, the drill-down screen does not refresh.

Hope this helps explain what's going on better.
