Hi Vlad,
With the version of SalesCQ you indicated, I am unable to duplicate the problem you described, where if a Prospect has multiple quotes, clicking on the record in the Header 'top' grid fails to refresh the associated Details in the 'bottom' grid. For me in sample data, the details always refresh - unlike in the image you included. Also using the cursor key to highlight a different quote refreshes the details for me.
How are you changing the header record to select a different quote to view? Are you Editing or Viewing the prospect, and if Viewing, do you use Previous/Next to scroll through the various prospect records? And I presume that the data integrity is clean.
I have seen other Details-grid refresh problems, such as editing one prospect that has open quotes, then closing and editing a second prospect that does not have quotes. So there may be something to what you are reporting, but I just cannot replicate it. Do you see similar behaviour when looking at Customers and SalesCQ Transactions?

Customer reported that there many (1800) integrity errors: Invalid prospect code <YYYYY> on Open Quote <99999>
Client cannot recover from those errors. DC does not offer automatic repair option

Hello support,
How to recover/repair the existing DI errors ?
BTW: The problem I have described in original post is happening in the dataset without DI errors/problems
In Edit or View mode , with Previous/Next buttons, with mouse button clicks, with arrow UP/DOWN keys: the rows DO NOT refresh Previous/Next buttons DO NOT refresh the header record(s) too

I don't think CQ can be expected to repair a quote that is assigned a prospect that no longer exists. OE would have a similar issue with an invalid customer on an order. I think you have to review those 1800 errors and see if they could be affecting the transaction grid. Perhaps there are file integrity errors or missing lines. Test CQ with sample data and see if you get the same problem.

Hi All,
I created new dataset. I created new prospect and created 2 quotes for this prospect. Then, I tried to review transactions in view and edit prospect screen. Details were not reflecting data for selected quote #2 (please see attached file). DC has no errors. Providing Samdata in your environment does not have the problem we have, please recommend alternate testing methods in order to pinpoint and fix the problem.
Please suggest the solution on how to "cleanup" DC errors described in previous post.
Regards Victor

To clean up the errors, you need to assign the quote to an existing Prospect or Customer. This may require GridView-RW to update the data. The error results when a prospect with multiple quotes is turned into a customer. The issue has been resolved in the currently shipping version of SalesCQ.
It sounds like there is an environmental or performance issue on the network where SalesCQ is running. You have not described the environment, but assuming a modern server, make sure that OpLocks is Enabled along with SMB2 on all workstations. Make sure there are no XP workstations on the network. Make sure that your anti-virus scanning excludes the Adagio data both from a mapped drive and UNC perspective.

Hello support,
In your post above you have:
> I am unable to duplicate the problem you described, where if a Prospect has multiple quotes, clicking on the record in the Header 'top' grid fails to >refresh the associated Details in the 'bottom' grid. For me in sample data, the details always refresh - unlike in the image you included. Also using the >cursor key to highlight a different quote refreshes the details for me.
Victor just replicated this exact scenario on the sample dataset on production server and local workstation environment Both test are able to show the problem.
Please advice ASAP
