We did a "data integrity check " on the GL and the following errors were noted:
Account[ 3060- ] current balance does not match change records.
and :
Account [ 3060 - ] out of balance is -456,851.00 calculated is -484,020.88

I dumped the account 3060 detail into Excel and the totals agree with the calculated total of -484,020.88.

We are using Ledger version 9.3A (170625).

Any suggestions how to fix ?

Hi bdgillis,

If the Rebuild portion of the integrity check does not correct the error - and often this is the case for discrepancies with Ledger account balances - then the data would need to be repaired. You should contact your Adagio consultant for assistance.

Another possibility is to locate a recent backup of your Ledger data, which has no errors when Data Integrity Check is run, and "bring it forward" by exporting the missing batches out of the corrupted data and importing them into the backup. It's a bit more complicated than that; if you have a recent backup and that's the route you want to go, have your Adagio consultant contact me.
