My client is using version 9 & above BR,Invoice,GL, ODBC,AP, AR with Crystal Report V020923 since March 2015 on Win7 Pro. Work perfectly. Worrying that this Win7 PC may
failed one day, we decide to reinstall the modules on another Win7 Pro.
We encounter a problem with printing report to screen or printer.
The message "load report fail". Help appreciate.

Please list the version numbers and release dates of each module. What modules are having the problems printing?

If it's all modules, try reinstalling the Crystal runtime engine by running X:\SOFTRAK\system\CR_InstallCommon\CRRuntime_32Bit_

Unable to launch Help screen in Crystal Report for Adagio 8.5.
on Win7 Pro. In WinXP it was to create a path in the registry.
Trying to figure out in Win7 Pro

Have you tried asking Google? These are pretty old versions.
