This is probably a silly question, but it has been a long day.

One of our new PSR's is starting to use Ledger in house. They have an August 31/05 year end, they log in as of today, and when they try to enter a journal entry for any date after March 21, they get a warning stating that they should use a date prior to March 21/05. They can do the entries in Plus no problem.

Any suggestions?

Are they running an evaluation version of Adagio Ledger? Transactions dates have to be prior to a certain date in evaluation versions.

Your PSR is using the evaluation version. They are entitled to use the NFR version. You will need to fully uninstall the evaluation version and install Adagio with the install codes provided to the PSR by Softrak.
