The error 1305 occurs when the Adagio system file EZTASKS.LD4 is locked on the server or is otherwise inaccessible for other users. We are unaware of any problems with Adagio not correctly releasing or sharing this file incorrectly. Sometimes this happens when the server does not let go of this file, or when user rights to this file are incorrectly set up.
Can you confirm the installed versions of Adagio Payables and Time&Billing, from the Help / About screens?
Please indicate which program you are in, and which Adagio Toolbar button you are clicking to load that program data. And also whether the same problem occurs when attempting to load same program from the Adagio menu as opposed to the icon toolbar.
This sort of problem may be difficult to ascertain over a support forum, especially if user or network rights are involved. You may the assistance of your Adagio consultant.
