In the Financial Reporter, the user MP was defined with User Departmental Restrictions, and because of this, attempting to print or export the financial statement is purposely putting in zeroes for security reasons. This is why it worked for SYS, because there are no department restrictions. Presumably those restrictions should not have been set up, as only user MP has this, and the restrictions were the last two records for a department list and a range.

The solution is to log into Ledger as SYS, open the Financial Reporter, open the View Departments window, right-click and choose Edit User Departmental Restrictions, and remove the restrictions for user MP.

Doing all this allowed user MP to log into Ledger and ExcelDirect Financial Statements with the desired values.
