I have a problem.

After combining a cash account customer with a new account in Toolkit, monthly statement shows paid invoices of the old account are still outstanding.

What have I done wrong? Please advise.

I think you'll need your Adagio Dealer to investigate and confirm there is a problem. Keep your backup that the Toolkit would have made. Run a data integrity check on that dataset or the current one.
