Hi,
When I run an AR Aged Trial Balance Report calculating back to a date before I ran period end (in this case 8/8/2016), at least 2 customers show as having invoices as far back as 2002 that are "not paid". They were paid in full. Looking in their account at the actual problematic transactions - there are no details. Usually I see the cash that was applied to the invoice in the details.
Our bank lends on our receivables and this raised a large red flag for them. I understand we can clear history to 2015 and the reports will print correctly. This unfortunately won't be a great answer for them. Ideally I'd like to identify the problem and fix it.
I've brought in our IT team and they don't think it's a problem on their end but they are doing due diligence to look into any possible problems relating to their field of expertise.
I would appreciate any help in resolving this to the satisfaction of our bank.

Please let us know what version and release date of AR that you are running. See Help About in AR.
What do you mean by "there were no details"? Don't see the invoices or don't see any applied payment to these invoices?
Run the data Integrity Check for this module. Does it report any errors?
This is a very difficult problem to troubleshoot over the forum as your response will most likely only generate more questions. You may want to get your Adagio Consultant to assist you.

AR version 9.2A - Release date: 4/27/16
I run data integrity very frequently. Running it now still produces the same result - no errors.
When I hit a specific invoice in history -normally it shows details of the cash applied. In the case of the transactions in question, there is no information "below the line". It's blank -

Perhaps - I'll check that out...
There is some thought that the AR "matching file" is no longer there. I asked our IT about that and he said he'd need the file name to do any sleuthing - can you provide me with that?

Hi, Karen,
Only that if you do want History checked, you'll need to enable the option. I don't know how much history you have but you can run another DIC and see what it might tell you.
