HI
is there any way to add a new field selection to the column editor in Purchase orders?
We need "standard cost" to show up on the left side of the column editor so we can choose it for the right side.

in Adagio PurchaseOrders 9.2B (160426).

I have been thru that list so many times - I even went to the sample data and it's not even on there....

Ask Adagio to sort the field list into alphabetical order under File | User Preferences so it appears in the S's. Check you version number under Help | About.

You'll see the display is from the sample data.

I noticed that it was from the sample date - Std cost is not even an option there either.
the fields are already in alphabetical order.
the version we have is
1.12.54.3099

That's the database manager version. The module version has the form n.na (yymmdd) and is immediately under the module title on the Help | About screen.

You'll have to Upgrade I guess. I expect you'll be able to demonstrate a good reason to be on an Upgrade Plan.

I don't have access to your version of PO 8.1D, but I can see the "Std Cost" field in other versions of 8.1D and in 8.1C. So it is likely a setting somewhere that is stopping you from being able to see the "Std Cost" field. Can you see the other cost fields on the grid editor? "User Defined Cost 1", "User Defined Cost 2" and "Most Recent Cost"? Can you see those fields and the "Std Cost" field in the grid editor in the Inventory module? It could be that your user is blocked from being able to see costs, which is why you can't add it to the grid.

Your Adagio Dealer who is more familiar with your setup might be able to add it to the grid for you, or troubleshoot why you can't see it.
