I don't have a record of that specific error and to help troubleshoot, we really need you to provide more information.

For example, what version(release date) of SA are you using?

What exactly were you doing in SA when the error message occurred?

Is the error repeatable? And, if so, for more than one user?

If the error occurred when printing a report, what is each option set to on the print window?

And, if the error occurs when running a report, are you running a core report, ModRP or ModifiedReport, or CustomRP or CustomReport?

If you were to log into SA using SA sample data (...Softrak\SalesAnalysis\Samdata), does the error occur?

I test with other workstations and SA is running fine. Only my SA has the error. I restart my computer and SA is OK now!
