We have about 25 Adagio obsolete users. Any suggestions on how to get rid of these? I don't see an option in Toolkit to merge them together.

Adagio Console has a function to purge users. (Or are you asking about deleting salespeople in OrderEntry?)

What's preventing you from deleting those users from user maintenance? Users are assigned to notes and audit information. Deleting users could lead to warnings about missing users.

We create a User/Salesperson under initials ZZ and combine the "obsolete users" to user ZZ.

Bob, you're right, I can delete them, but then there will be errors when those orders/invoices/credits are opened.

Lets not confuse users with salespersons. The latter can be changed or combined with the Toolkit.

At this time your only option is to retain the users, otherwise you get the DIC error on the Notes.

A possible solution for all modules (as almost all have notes) is to be able to make the users inactive and have DIC skip inactive users.

A combine Users function for Toolkit may seem useful but for me I would prefer an option that allows me to retain a record of who entered the note in the first place.
