If you log back on to the Cloud you'll notice that you have 1 Admin Account and 2 users now.

If you're having problems with the users then, delete the current user1.
Exit the Setup User form by clicking on "Close", Accept the changes.
Then go back in Edit | Users and Create a new user.

The new user should be anything but ".user1"

Leave the "Windows Login" pre-filled Text as is, changing it will not let you save the user.

Fill in all of the fields, OK to Save the User settings, Close to Update these Changes

Now you're ready to create your new user shortcut with these credentials.

I have a user now but when that user tries to log into the data we get the message "Unable to log in. Group assigned to user ASI is not valid.

I don't see an option in Adagio Manager to assign groups to users.

I see. The cloud module creates the user and then you have to add the group from within the module.

Suggestion for Group Assignment within Adagio Manager has been added to the wish list for future release.
