Two of the users on our network are getting this error message about once per week: Could not initialize TDeviceMode structure. They are getting the message in OE 8.1F (150227), both are running Windows 7. The most common occurrence is that an access violation occurs, then they get the error above when trying to print an order. The computers seem to print fine otherwise, and after Adagio is closed and the whole machine restarted, it is resolved. The printer is only 2-3 years old, and printing has been fine until just a few weeks ago. Thanks

This is still happening about twice a week, even after having our freelance IT people update the printer drivers.

If no one responds its because no one has any idea what might be causing the reported problem. This would be a situation were getting you Adagio consultant involved would be the best course of action.

I checked with R&D and this message means that OrderEntry can’t communicate with the selected printer.
