I am in Adagio Ledger and when I open the maintain Ledger Financial Reports, I am not seeing any of the menu bars, the only thing I see is the spread sheet.

So I am unable to do anything

How do I get back the pulldown menu and toolbar.

Hi Kay,

I've never seen it where "all" of the Tool bars disappear, usually at least the Menu bar is around. Might need to see the actual screen to resolve but maybe you could try resetting the Toolbars by:
1. Press [Alt][V] together or if that doesn't work, Press and release [Alt] then Press and release [V] to see if the View menu pops up - if it does, continue with the below, if it doesn't call me on Monday
2. [Customize]
3. On the "Toolbars" tab, make sure that all of the toolbar check boxes are selected (ticked) and while you're at it, highlight each toolbar in turn and click the [Reset] button
4. Click [Ok]
