We set up a new security group set up and a new user. When we try to sign in on the new user it says "unable to log in, group "limit" assigned to user TAR is not vaild.This is not the security group that is assigned to the user TAR. It is setup with "TEMP" as the security group. What have I done wrong? I have gone back and checked it and it appears correct.

What program and version are you running? A couple of years ago, we have identified in certain specific cases that logging in as a user is giving a false error message regarding the assigned security group, which actually belongs to a different user. We have been fixing this problem - starting in Nov 2011 - and it may be that the version of the Adagio program you are running does not yet have this fix.

If you are running a version of Adagio that is current enough to have this fix applied but are still having a problem, then it might require some assistance from your Adagio consultant to determine what is happening.
