Hi, Susan,

Okay, thanks for the extra information.

On the problem computer, please drill down to their c:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder and confirm if the msvcr110.dll file exists and has a date of 11/06/2012 (Nov. 6, 2012).

Also, in their c:\Windows\System32 folder, please confirm if the msvcr110.dll file exists and has a date of 11/05/2012 (Nov. 5, 2012, yes, one day earlier than the other file date).

msvcr110.dll is missing from the c:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder.

msvcr110.dll exists and has a date of 11/05/2012 in the c:\Windows\System32 folder.

Hi, Susan,

As the workstation install did what was required of it on your other workstations, I'm thinking there is a difference in the Windows security for this particular user and that this is why the appropriate file did not get copied to their c:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder.

You can copy the serverdrive:\Softrak\System\Win32\msvcr110.dll file dated 11/06/2012 to this user's c:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder. Please ensure it is copied to the SysWOW64 folder.

This should resolve this user's Adagio emailing issue.

Try installing using Run as Administrator.

Copying the file solved the issue on this workstation. The security settings appear to be the same as the other workstations. User Account Control Settings in Windows 7 are set to the 3rd level from the bottom on all our workstations (Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer).
