I thought that when I closed the year in TB, the month of December would close too.

I just ran a Time Utilization Report and although the numbers in the YTD column make sense, Dec is included in the MTD.

Yes, this is true and it has been documented in the Help under Year End Processing.

I have created a suggestion for R&D to add more items to the list of Tasks that must be performed before proceeding with Year End.
