The hotfix has been installed but the problem persists. Vendors All Receipt History will not purge. DIC does not detect errors.

Please note that there are more recent receipts with the same receipt number as the stubborn ones in history, the main reason I want to purge: Cannot archive more current ones to History because the older ones with same document number are there.

I am pursuing this on the Forum since it seems there have been some issues with the new PO specifically around these vendor functions.

The hotfix wasn't to resolve that problem. An upcoming release will permit you to purge History receipts that exist in both the Rcpts - Primary Vendor and Rcpts - All Vendors tabs.

The hotfix was to provide extra DIC detection and rebuilding of errors caused by the PO Totals issue occurring at some sites.

More than likely your receipt will not purge for some reason specific to your data. If the next release doesn't resolve your problem then likely you will need to get some assistance from your Adagio dealer.

A Service Pack has been released that we believe solves the problem of missing Vendor Total Records in multi-user PurchaseOrder environments.
