I think we may be getting to a limit for the number of callbacks the system can handle. I deleted a bunch of DEAD leads and I was able to go back in and set callbacks. Is there a limit?

Hi Bruce,

Can you indicate what you were doing that failed due to a larger number of callback codes, that worked the way you expected when some callback codes were deleted? Scan? Somewhere else?

we were entering new call back dates for existing clients. the error message was
"Error 4105 occured when attempting to append record to A/C call back dates"

we have variuos modules passed DI OK including AP,AR but we will run a full set tonight. If you look back the elimination of "old dead leads" that have call backs listed allows for current entries to resume. That was the case again last night.

Likely, it's a file error with the CQ data. Run that product's DIC.
