For the last few months we have been receiving error messages when we open Adagio. It happens on all the workstations and almost evrytime we open any module. It asks if we wish to send a report to Microsoft. After we answer either yes or no, it then opens the module with no problems. Has anyone else been having this problem? Is there a fix? It does not seem to cause any problems except for the extra step in opening.

What operating system on workstations and server?
WHat version of Internet Explorer?
Which versions of Adagio?

We are running on windows XP pro and Adagio modules are all up to date. It happens on all the different modules and on the different workstations. The only message is that windows has found an error and do we want to send a report. Everything seems to work after we answer yes or no.

There is no specific reason why this error may be happening to you. It could be due to Windows or other system updates, hardware, rights, something corrupted in the installation, or a myriad of other possibilities. I suspect you will need to get your Adagio Consultant involved as it will be more difficult to trouble-shoot on this forum.
