While doing a Ledger DIC, the following error comes up for every account in the ledger data: "Error Internal Error: field number is out of range. occurred when attempting to read next record in accounts." Then, for every account: Account (xxxx-xxx) is missing 8.0 compatible record.
I have re-booted and that did not fix the error. Re-build does not work. Any suggestions?

You haven't said what version(release date) of Ledger you are using. However, if Rebuild hasn't worked and you've run the DIC/Rebuild a few times already, you'll either need to do a clean restore from a prior backup or seek a database repair (in which case, we'd required the version/release being used, the pre-Rebuild data and there is a charge for the service).

We are running the NFR version - 9.0D 111017

I bet you are running the DIC for the wrong version of Ledger or the Data Dictionaries are messed up, or perhaps it's an incomplete data set and form some reason Ledger didn't notice on startup.

Something's seriously wrong.

It was my data dictionary files - something must have corrupted in them. I replaced them and now the DIC comes out clean. Thanks, Andrew.
