I am trying to install the Service Pack 9.0E for Gridview and I have 9.0D [20110828] installed. When I try to install it tells me that the installed version is too old for the service pack.
I couldn't find any other service packs to install.

You answered your own question. You need to install the 9.0E Upgrade, because you are running a version older than 9.0E. Service packs only install upon the same version.
