We have imported job information into JobCost, including the Original Price. However, when we print reports the imported Original Price does not print on, or calculate into, the reports. How do we get this info on the reports? Thanks.

If you didn't import the Original Price, but rather simply entered it, does it then print? Which reports are you talking about?

What version of JobCost are you using?

Hi Steve:
We have v8.1B and are testing the software to see how it works. We've been testing various reports, two of which are "Analysis Reports - Jobs in Progress" and "Analysis Reports - Job Summary." I've found that if I remove the imported amount, clost the job, then reopen the job and rekey in the amount, I'll get the original price to print on the reports.

Also, maybe you can help with this too -- I've been putting in test data and running reports. I'm unable to get any data to print on the report "Audit Reports - Job Completion % Audit." What am I doing wrong?

Hi Margaret,

The Job Completion % Audit report is only written to when the function to override the Job Completion % from the Jobs menu is used.
