is there a way in sales CQ to see recent activity by sales person. We set call back dates & such but I would like to be able to go into Sales CQ & review the most recent entries of various sales people to monitor the sales process. It may exist but i don't know how to review "yesterdays" work.

What activity did you want to track? Quotes? Editing Customers? Other 'work'?

The Quote List report allows you to select a particular Salesperson and also a Quote Date range, so you can print a list of all the quotes entered by a particular salesperson.

A 'Transfer Date' field is available to see when quotes were Transferred to OE as orders. You can do a SmartFinder search (or GridView inquiry) to list all quotes with a Transfer date of yesterday and also include the Salesperson field to see who got the transfer. The Quote List report also can print just those quotes that have been turned into OE Orders (ie only Transferred).

SalesCQ writes to the 'Last Maintenance' fields on customers, whenever a customer is edited. This doesn't solve this question completely, but you could do a SmartFinder (or GridView inquiry or AR Filter) that selects all customers with 'Last Maintenance Date' of yesterday and also include the Salesperson field to see who did the editing.
