In Order Entry, when inputing an order and you click on the Customer button to bring up the customer information, what has happened to the "Statistics Tab"? It is there if you view the customer in A/R, but not in O/E. Just curious. Linda

There a company default option 'Display short credit check' in the Company Profile, System Defaults tab. This default can be overridden on the Order Template within Security Groups though.

There is also an option in the Receivables security for 'Edit/View Cust Statistics', which will specifically hide the Statistics tab when viewing or editing a customer. OrderEntry 8.1D will adhere to that setting, so you may need to verify that the Receivables security option is enabled for you.
