Hello:
It has always been my experience that you cannot scroll up and down a Crystal Reports preview screen using the wheel.

However at a client today, I realized that the wheel was working. This is a brand-new Receivables 9.0B installation. Is this just something unique to them, perhaps something in the mouse configuration? Whatever it is, I'd like to be able to replicate that behaviour!

Something likely in the mouse.

Bruce -- Is a mouse wheel anything like a hamster wheel?

Wally:
In this context, yes, they are similar. In both cases the wheel spins like crazy but you never get anywhere!

It's a function of the mouse driver.

Andrew:
It's also a function of Crystal Reports versions. On my notebook computer, I can "wheel" up & down in newer versions but not in Crystal 8.5.

It's not worth spending a lot of time on, but several clients have asked me. If anyone has an easy-to-implement solution, I'd like to hear it.
