OE 81C. The OE Special Prices report will not preview or print, or show on screen. No error message displays; "Printing Report" briefly displays, but unlike the other file reports which do generate an actual report, this one just goes back to the report selection options screen.

Go to the \Softrak\OEWIN folder. Is there a folder below that called ModRP? If there is, what files does it contain?

If there isn't, then click on the StandardRP folder. What's the date for the file oespeci1b.rpt? It should be 11/30/2009 12:39PM. Is the file name all in lower case letters?

Once you answer these questions, I can give you better advice.

Steve's suggestions are valid.

However, you didn't indicate the specific release date of OE8.1C your are using. If you don't have a ModRP folder with this file in it and if your report date is correct within the StandardRP folder, it may be that you require a Hotfix to resolve the problem. The release date for the Hotfix is (100208). If this is the case, please contact your dealer and they will be able to provide you with this.

You're right, I need the HF. Problem actually is installing the HF (or any Adagio HF). Posted tonight on the 404 Not Found error and HF install failure.

Installed the HF. 404 error resolved: Don't change the HF file name (especially rename longer) and the install should work fine.
